Refund & Exchange Policy

Looking to exchange? No problem. Within 10 days of purchase, exchanges are accepted provided all tags and packaging are intact, accompanied with your receipt. Sox Box Accessories only allows for exchanges or store credit as payment for returned goods - we do not offer refunds for any items. Store credit does not have an expiry date and is valid as long as you have your credit note’s numbers. Since we are unable to retrieve credits, it is the customer's responsibility to preserve their store credit note.

Items can be exchanged in person at our store within ten days of the purchase date. Please note that the customer is responsible for bringing the exchanged items back to our store in person. Garments must be unwashed, unworn, and free of scent and stains, with their original packaging and all tags attached, and a copy of your original invoice/ receipt.

Due to the hygienic laws in Canada, we are unable to accept returns of the following items: underwear, adhesive bras, nipple covers, shapewear, and hosiery. Gift cards are also final sale.

Sale items: Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Unfortunately all sale items (reduced price items) cannot be exchanged and are FINAL SALE

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
